Before applying Biotape, if needed shave or clip any hair where the tape will be applied. Clean the area with rubbing alcohol to remove dry skin and skin oils. This will help the tape to stick better. Remove the white liner and apply the tape.

You may return all products we sell for a full refund. If we make a mistake shipping your order, or if our products are damaged during shipment, or if our products are substandard, you can return them. We inspect every return. Cost of Shipping is not refundable.

You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges if your return is a result of our error.If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 30 days of delivery we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.

Expect to receive the refund within four weeks from shipping your return to Biotape.net, Inc. This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or Credit Card Company.
